After dealing with so many customer service back-and-forths lately, I didn’t have much patience left. But they kept me updated enough that I wasn’t left wondering what was going on, which I appreciated.

The instructions from Hooke Road were mostly easy to follow. The pictures definitely helped, and the parts were labeled well enough for me to keep moving. I did have to go back over a couple steps because I wasn’t totally sure what they meant, and that one bracket had me confused for a minute... maybe it was just how I was looking at it. Took longer than I expected, but once I got through it, everything lined up and fit fine. I’d give it 4 stars

I ordered a bumper from Hooke Road, and honestly... the product page was actually really accurate!! The size, finish, and all the included parts matched what was listed, so that was a relief. I was a little nervous about the fitment on my Jeep, but it lined up just fine!!! No weird surprises, no missing stuff, nothing annoying like that... which is exactly what I wanted. I'd definitely buy from them again!!

Nothing was missing at all. Everything I needed was there, and my only regret is not getting it sooner.

Am I the only one who had a hard time getting this to line up? The part didn’t fit right on my truck, and the holes were off enough that the install took way longer than it should have. The fitment info felt kind of inaccurate to me

It looked good when I first put it on, and the install wasn’t too bad, but it really didn’t hold up. After a few months, some of the parts started rattling and the finish was already showing rust. I also couldn’t shake the feeling that there were little extra costs or fine-print stuff that weren’t super clear upfront, which made the whole thing more frustrating. For the price, I expected better quality. I probably wouldn’t buy from Hooke Road again...

The site kept lagging on me, and by the time I got to checkout, I was feeling mentally drained. The whole process felt more confusing than it needed to be, and I just wanted to finish my order and be done with it...

I’ve had it for a bit now no rust yet, which is what I was mainly watching for. Happy with it so far. I mean, it looks fine, seems to be holding up, and yeah, no complaints at this point

I tried ordering a few parts from Hooke Road, and the whole inventory situation was frustrating. The site showed the items as in stock, so I placed my order thinking everything was good. Then later I was told some of the parts were actually out of stock, which meant I had to wait around and change my order. I ended up having to push the issue a bit with customer service because it felt like I was getting nowhere at first. The prices aren’t bad, but the availability info really needs to be more accurate. It wasted my time and made the whole ordering process way more annoying than it should’ve been.

I ordered during one of their discount promos and ended up saving a decent amount, which was a nice surprise. The coupon applied at checkout without any hassle, so that part was smooth. Shipping wasn’t exactly speedy, but it arrived in a reasonable timeframe, so I can’t really complain. For what I paid, I’m happy with the order. I’d likely check Hooke Road again, especially if they’re running another sale.

I did get a refund in the end, so that was good, but it took a while longer than I expected. Process wasn't terrible, just kind of slow, and I had to be a little patient with it

I ordered from hookeroad and the part did fit fine, so that part was no problem. But the powder coat finish, wasn’t as great as I was expecting. There were a few small rough spots and one tiny chip right out of the box. Not a total deal breaker it was, but for the price I thought it would look a little cleaner.

The bolts stripped out way too easily. I wasn’t doing anything crazy with them, but they just didn’t hold up like I expected. Frustrating, to be honest.

I ordered these for my Jeep, but about half the parts didn’t even match up. Trying to get help was frustrating too. Support was slow, and I kept getting transferred around instead of anyone actually helping me fix the issue. Disappointing experience overall

I’m still waiting on my refund to come through, so I can’t say everything is fully resolved yet. That said, the experience hasn’t been too bad overall, and I’m hoping it gets sorted soon

There’s kinda some vibration when it starts up, but it settles down quick. Not a big deal overall...

The welds look solid, honestly. Nothing sketchy or sloppy, just clean enough that I’m like, yeah, this thing should hold up just fine.

I got my order from Hooke Road and overall it feels sturdy once it’s on. Compared to some other parts I’ve installed, this one definitely has more weight to it than I expected, so the install took a little more patience. It wasn’t terrible, just not as quick or easy as I thought it would be. Once mounted though, it feels solid and secure

After a few months, I had an issue with one of the parts, so I reached out to Hooke Road. They responded quickly, which I appreciated. It did take a few emails to get everything sorted out, but in the end they sent me a replacement. The process wasn’t completely perfect, but overall I’d say their support was helpful and they did take care of the problem
